How SA Lotto works

Six balls from 1 to 52 plus a bonus ball. Earlier 58-ball results remain in the archive. It is drawn Wednesday and Saturday. The top division needs all 6 numbers, and in the last 713 draws with a published prize breakdown it has been won 101 times and rolled over 612.

Why the 2025 pool change matters here. Balls 53 to 58 could not be drawn before 24 September 2025, so they will always look cold against balls that have been in the machine since 2015. Any all-time frequency table that ignores the split is comparing two different games. Ours records which pool each draw belongs to.
